Q: How do I get processed woods?
A: You need 10 Tree Brunches (from Stump )or 5 Fire Woods (from Axe Stump ) for each Processed Wood. After you collected items, visit Mr. Smith at Perion or JM from tha Streetz at Kerning City.
Q: Why does not Nella give me the next request?
A: You have to keep talking to (or double-click on) her until she gives you the next request. There are 3 request each at level 15 and 25.
Q: Pure Water? Where to Buy it?
A: In order to complete Nella & Kerning City Citizen's 3rd Request, you need to an item called pure water. It can be bought from Mr. Sweatbottom at Sleepywood's regular Sauna or 24hr store deep in the ant tunnel. For beginner, it is easier to buy from Mr. Sweatbottom for 1650 plus 499 meso (ticket to enter the regular Sauna).
